Dana M. Burke resides in Chicago, Illinois and has over 20 years of experience in education both as a teacher and administrator including Dean of Students, Vice-Principal, Reading Specialist and Head of Instruction. She holds a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction. Her work includes the use of innovative techniques and theories, which resulted in improved comprehension and academic performance, for students in underserved public and charter schools as well as high performing independent schools. Dana is currently developing programs and partnerships in order to provide families of children, on the Autism spectrum in underserved communities, with therapies and resources necessary for academic and social development.
